Hazel Museum Trip

Introduction

On friday we went to the museum for our trip we had groups of 8 and we had helper if we come to school and our class was gone we were not go on the trip then room 11/12 went on the Bus and then we were singing song on the Bus.

Then we got off on the hill where the Museum was an then we went inside the Museum and it was big and it looked cool is well then a man name Josh came up to as and said something to has about the Museum then we got on with owa thing.

Then we went up the stairs and we went into Josh glad to see some real fossil and it was cool and we got to see a real life baby t rex head and it was cool because it lived 145 million years ago. And the cool part was that Josh got 3 people at a time to be paleontologist

Hazel Tyranaosauru-Rex

Introduction

Long long time ago in the cretaceous period before there was dinosaurs live the tyrannosaurus-rex .

How do it look after there babies?   

It lay egg but the tyrannosaurus-rex make a nest to lay it egg down.So there are egg ressive predator the tyrannosaurus-rex took caring with there babies.

Why the predator want to eat the babies t-rex?

Because they don’t want to get eating by the tyrannosaurus-rex that why.The predator want to eat the baby tyrannosaurus-rex.

What do the t-rex eat?

The tyrannosaurus-rex like to eat dinosaurus that meat it only like carnivore.It hunt for dinosaurus that meat’s.

Sense of smell

The t-rex had the best smell in the world even sharks can smell to.When it smell for it food from it  nose it go to it bain it hunt for the smell.

Introduction

Yesterday we had manaiakalani film festival we went when it.Was 8:30am we have to check the roll when everyone  is here.

When we sit on the bus the girls was sing  when we got to sylvia.Park hoyts we have  to watched the movie the chair was soft. there are some movie the movie that i like Stay Young.

Hazel killersauru

My dinosaur is cool but a little cute  is evil and it can  hit the dinosaurus that  use the armored its tail. And the horned like a triceratop.Were ever  there are battle the killersauru never dead so the killersaurus use it gear to fight.

The Killersaurus had 4 legs and never give up to run  when it go on the sun it never get hot it turn into red  when it get hot it.The killersauru drink  blood from the dinosaurs the t-rex can’t fight the t-rex.

When killersaurus want to hunt for for in the forest it camouflaged in bushes and tree the triceratop was going to the forest to eat sweet plant .When the killersauru went out the bushe  the triceratop ran away the killersaur ran fast and fast speed legs.

to protect them from the heat. Firefighters  have helmet and a black neck guard to protect there neck. Because they can get burnt from the fire that’s why firefighters wear them. The breathing apparatus can give you oxygen to breath. They wear there helmet to protect there head from things falling. They wear special boots so their feet don’t get burnt or hurt if their wear protective.

        

  

     

         

immersion Assembly

Yesterday we had a immersion Assembly.Mr Burt was gave out  prizes for  it's was a  pink ruby ball and a green one too.

Team1 went  to the market  and they by lot of stuff. They gave  out chocolate money  and it was colorful. The teachers scrambled the  chocolate money.

Team2 was  talking  about ice cream that  was my favourite  we  had  to answer the question  then you will get a ice cream 4 or 3  ice  cream .

Team 3    was talking about  there jobs  they  got a funny movie it was YMCA cool movie.

my best team is year 4.

The lighthouse

High on a hill above the the village stood a lighthouse. Its beams of light were a warning for ships to stay away. There were treacherous rocks below. The people that lived in the village were celebrating The lighthouse keeper was an old solitary man.  He heard an unusual clanking sound, he decided to go upstairs and find out what had made the funny noise.

As he wandered up the stairs the whole lighthouse plunged into darkness. He felt alone and afraid

afraid. He continued up the stairs. When he reached the top he investigated the huge lamp.

Then saw a boat coming towards the rocks,  he struggled to pick up the glass lamp.

He stumbled backwards because his toolbox was behind him on the ground.The lamp slipped from his hands and shattered into thousands of pieces.He said to himself “oh no the boat is coming.” He felt terrified. He came up with a solution! He ran downstairs and as he peered out his front door he saw the village people carrying their lamps. They all stood on the edge of the headland to warn the ship away from the rocks. They heard a loud blast from the boat horn as if it was saying “thank you.”

A balding man strolled along the road eating his lunch and noticed  there was some left over food  on his tie, then he licked his tie to clean up the crumbs. A box hit his head he saw it, and he kicked the box, it came out of nowhere.

There were boxes all around him now, but he saw a shiny box  it was big and strong, he touched the box and he tried to push it but it didn't move.he hit his shrout hard  and  he look like he is doing a push up  but  he got a idea he climbed on the tower of  box”s  but he jump off  the box “s  he look like he is flying   but he fall off and hit his  back  he saw something he saw a  red button under   the shiny box he press the button  the box  turn around  it sunk his tie in the shiny box and  his feet  and hand got sunk in.all of his body got  sunk into his hand got out but the  box  sunk his hand the box spit out a box.

  On a cloudy night there was a small boy who  was camping in the  night.  He was in  small clearing  next to the lake.  He was cooking marollmo on a warm fire. It  was glowing.  There were tall towering trees around him.

Suddenly  the boy looked around.   He saw a sea monster was behind him the  boy was scary but it’s was the  sea monster was at the back of the boy  he look around  he saw a sea monster it’s had scary eyes  and  yellow  eyes to. the monster  love marshmallow   the boy give the marshmallow  and   the monster   look like a dog  the boy give the last marshmallow to the monster and the monster bit the boy hand  and the boy  do not have no marshmallow   but the monster  got man  and the boy try to run a way

but he fall over  on the ground he get his pillow  and the monster was  dreaming it's was a marshmallow   the boy thought the pillow and  the

monster catcher the pillow  and the boy run away.

A.N.Z.A.C parade

On A Cold April morning before the sun rises every year across Australia and new Zealand thousand  of people gather around monuments to show respect and remember the soldiers who died in ww1 the dawn parade is held on April 25TH  ANZAC day as this is the day ANZAC Troops were  Fighting in Gallipoli.

immersion Assmbly

Yesterday on a cold morning Pt England school had an immersion assembly in the school hall, we were going to discover what we will be  about this term. Room 11 and 12 walked nicely in a line. My favourite part was when Mr Barks was tinkering with objects to build his hovercraft. Mr Barks put his hovercraft down and Mr Somerville had fun gliding across the stage.Mrs jacobsen and her fish defeated all the superheros in team 4s video game. With her fish Mrs jacobsen snapped Mr somerville’s sword so Mrs jacobsen wins.

A.N.Z.A.C

at pt england school  we saw some soldiers who died for for us on the field of remembrance
we saw white crosses and the names of  soldiers and nurses. people wear a poppy to
remember the soldiers.

Swimming

Yesterday we went to swimming  and we have to go in the pool and we have to swim on the      island and we have to swim back to our swimming teacher they gave  us goggles to see under water then we went out the water because we have to lite Miss King class go then we went back to school and we have to get  change in the girls bathroom then we went to put our swimming togs on the chair and get our lunch.

pt england school  were lucky enough to go to pt england beach  last week on riday we  were going to enjoy our day and   have fun at the  sun at our annual school  picnic when i like swimming at the water when we put my head under the water and its was salty  then i put my head back up and its make my eyes red  its was fun. and i like playing at the sand making castle  with the

sand . and i felt happy going to the beach .
